Rent to Serviced Accommodation is a simple model: CSL Longstone leases your property from you on a long-term contract, then operates it as a short-stay serviced let (Airbnb, Booking.com, direct bookings, contractors and corporate guests).
You get the certainty of a guaranteed monthly rent paid by us — typically at or above market AST rates — without any of the work, voids, or tenant risk.
