Cleaning is charged at a minimum of once a fortnight on long stays, so your place stays fresh throughout. Long-stay rates are confirmed when you request a quote.

Damage deposit or damage waiver
Unfortunately, we have had to introduce a damage deposit or damage waiver for our stays. This is collected after booking through Safeguest, our secure third-party service. You will receive a secure link after booking to complete this requirement.

You are booking directly with CSL Longstone Ltd, a UK limited company (Company No. 16970515, registered in England and Wales). We also host the same properties on Airbnb and Booking.com, where our guest reviews are public.
