Digital Product Terms

These products are sold by CSL Longstone Ltd, Company No. 16970515, registered in England and Wales.

Each Host Resources item is a written checklist, template or guide supplied as a PDF download. The page for each product lists what that product contains. No printed copy, software, subscription, ongoing service or personal advice is included.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling on each product page and are payable in full before access is given. Payment is taken by Stripe using secure card payment; we do not see or store your card details.

CSL Longstone Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on these products.

Delivery is electronic. After successful payment we email the address you gave at checkout with your receipt and a personal download link, and the same link is shown on the payment-success page. Links are time-limited and limited in the number of downloads to protect the file; if yours stops working, email us and we will reissue it.

Please check your spam folder if the email has not arrived within a few minutes.

Your purchase gives one person, or one business where bought in a business name, a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own properties and internal operations.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, sublicense, rebrand or present the product as your own, in whole or in part, and you may not use it to create a competing product for sale.

At checkout you are asked to tick, and not preselected:

“I agree to the digital product terms, request immediate access to the download and understand that I will lose my 14-day cancellation right once access begins.”

Because these are digital products supplied immediately at your request, your statutory 14-day right to cancel ends once the download begins. We record your consent, the date and the version of these terms with your order.

If a file will not open, is corrupted, is incomplete or is materially different from its description, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we will repair, replace or refund it. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Email admin@csl-longstone.com with your order reference and what has gone wrong. We aim to reply within two working days. Approved refunds are returned to the card used for payment.
