1. Who you are booking with
Direct bookings made on this website are with CSL Longstone Ltd (Company No. 16970515), registered in England and Wales. Contact: admin@csl-longstone.com or +44 7533 039068.
2. Price and what it includes
- The total shown before you click "Book now" is the amount charged. It is made up of the nightly rate for your dates and, where it applies, a cleaning fee, both shown separately.
- CSL Longstone Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added or shown.
3. Payment
Card payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your card is charged when you confirm the booking. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our website. You receive a confirmation email and a receipt after payment.
4. Damage deposit or damage waiver
Damage deposit or damage waiver
Unfortunately, we have had to introduce a damage deposit or damage waiver for our stays. This is collected after booking through Safeguest, our secure third-party service. You will receive a secure link after booking to complete this requirement.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Our cancellation and refund policy for direct bookings is not yet published on this page. Please email or call us before you book and we will confirm in writing the cancellation terms that apply to your stay. Nothing on this page reduces your statutory rights.
6. Your details
We use your booking details to manage your stay, and share them with our booking system (Uplisting), Stripe and Safeguest as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Complaints and governing law
If something is not right, please tell us — see our complaints procedure. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
